(1)成年養子(その２)

(17)実の両親との親子関係が養子縁組後も存続するということで、相続に関してもひとり息子の田中さんは両親の嫡出子(民法772条参照）としての相続権(887条1項、900条１号)を維持することになります。

after the adoption(after forming adoptive relation), Mr.Tanaka, the
sole child, will hold his status as a successor (Clause 1 of
